The MKD-001 model is a high-grade stainless steel 304 deadbolt lock designed for residential homes, apartment buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, and other applications where access control is necessary. This mechanical lock does not require batteries and offers a combination of 4-8 digits (with no repeats), providing over 8,000 possible combinations that can be entered in any order. The lock is suitable for standard prepared doors with a maximum borehole diameter of 2-1/8" and a door thickness of 35-50mm (1.38-1.96 inches).

Key features of the lock: 1. 2-3/8" (60mm) backsets/latches. 2. Maximum applicable bore size of 2-1/8". 3. Combination can be 4-8 digits (no repeats) and can be entered in any order to unlock the door from the inside. The user can open the door anytime without entering the password. 4. The lock will remain unlocked until the knob is turned to the "lock" direction. Once unlocked, the user can come and go as needed without re-entering the code.

The lock is made of high-grade stainless steel 304, which offers enhanced anti-corrosion surface treatment and is 5-15 times more durable than zinc material. It can be easily installed without any wiring or power installation, and the process can be completed in about an hour.
